How perfect that 2 of our neighbors granddaughters are the same age as Katie and Bri! I guess in retrospect that doesn't seem so odd. Bobbi has 9 children, 22 grandchildren, and 3 great grandkids. Someone is bound to be their age! ;0) Their older sister Keely is about the same age as the Chris's, they've been spending most of their spare time hanging out with their teenage girl entourage...

Elton and I ended up going to the New Years party at the Members Lounge. The Chris's were running around, Katherine babysat- both Shawn and Brianna were sleeping soundly in our bed. She was perfectly content to kickback and spend some time watching TV and playing on the computer and make a few bucks. Dad and Janet came to the party after they were kicked out of the hot tub (the pool closes at 10). It was nice, I certainly wouldn't call it the social event of the year. Kim made some awesome Crab Dip, she told me the recipe, but I'll have to get her to write it down. I knew the boys were in the Game Room and went in there to see what they were doing. Chris was sitting in there with some girl on his lap, so I just turned around and walked out before they noticed me. Then I was mad b/c I hadn't gotten a look at the girls face, it was turned away from me- so I asked Laura to go in there and tell me who it was. I'm thinking that either we SERIOUSLY need to work on subtlety, or she had more of whatever was in her Sierra Mist bottle than I thought! (She was on duty) She walked in, and the kids were all standing up getting ready to leave and she hollers out "who was just sitting in his lap???" pointing at Chris LOL. Oops. He had no idea that I was involved until Elton ratted me out later... Next time I'll get Carol involved in my espionage! It was a really cute little blonde girl named Harley. Who he doens't like as well as he likes Jennifer. He had the whole "What happens in Williamsburg, stays in Williamsburg" attitude. I hate to burst his bubble, but since both of these girls have come up here with Sierra, chances are like a million to one that they know each other, and girls talk! He'll just have to figure that out on his own...
