It's starting to feel like Fall is making her appearance. Sitting on the front porch tonight it was actually kind of chilly. The last couple of days have been in the 70's and felt wonderful! I love fall, I think its my favorite season (I say that about summer and spring too! - NEVER about winter though- I hate cold dark days) I've decided to list my favorite things about the season:
Halloween (costumes, trick or treating w/ the kids, pumpkin carving & CANDY ;0) )
Howl O Scream at Busch Gardens
Thanksgiving (I love everything about this holiday- family, food, & traditions)
Autumn smells: Apple Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie
Chilly mornings and evenings
Snuggly sweaters
Beautiful leaves
Sleeping with the windows open
Baked Butternut Squash
Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Bread
Apple Cider
If only we could have all of that without having to rake leaves and the days getting shorter...
