Extended Vacation...

Couldn't bring myself to go home today... Having such a nice time. I don't want to leave Elton and Katherine here- I miss them so much when they are not home! It will be o.k. if Chris misses 1 day of school. Lazy day today- only a couple of activites: coloring fun and family movie. Elton took the kids to the General Store and the Trading Post in Williamsburg so I could take an uninterrupted nap. These late nights are really taking their toll- I've never been able to sleep in- I'm up with the sun. I appreciate the quiet mornings- I had about 3 hours before anyone was up and about this morning. But by afternoon I was dragging... Better stock up on my naps now- there won't be any this week with only Brianna and I at home! Spent a couple of hours at the pool this evening. Washed some clothes for Elton and Katherine- sneaky suspicion that if I don't do it, it won't get done! ;0) There are some things that Daddy just doesn't do! Although I must admit, he has been exceptionally good with childcare and cooking lately. I think he knows that I am super tired... I'm taking my prenatals, but think I will make it a point to add some more iron to my diet. Elton cooked chicken on the grill today, rice a roni, corn on the cob, and crescent rolls. I could get used to this!
